15 Minute Self Reflection Talk to yourself.

Spend 15 minutes every night with yourself – no TV or mobile, just you and your diary.

Start with 3 basic questions: 

What did you do well? Where did the mistake happen? What should I improve tomorrow?

Practice gratitude journaling

Write down 3 things a day that you are grateful for. Be honest, not hard on yourself. Replace self-condemnation with self-understanding.

A reflection review every week

(Reflection Review): Read over the answers throughout the week – you will see that you are really changing.
